Kerryn Elizabeth (KE) Wilson is a painter and emerging writer whose creative practice is deeply rooted in the landscapes of the Riverina. Raised on farming properties, Kerryn draws inspiration from rural life, weaving personal history and environment into a compelling artistic narrative.
Her semi-abstract works resonate with authenticity and have been referred to as ‘dreamlike’, ‘peaceful’, ‘mysterious’, and ‘enticing’. Each artwork invites the viewer to reflect on their own connection to place.
In her writing Kerryn explores themes of identity and belonging, she is currently working on a narrative non-fiction project on being raised female in the bush. With a distinctive voice shaped by lived experience, Kerryn examines how our surroundings influence who we become.
