The Tumut Art Society(TAS) is a community organisation that owns and manages the 5Ways Gallery and Studio in Tumut.
The Annual Art Show is held in April with prizemoney exceeding $13,000 and has on average 300 entries coming in from all regions and states.
Master workshops and classes with renowned local and interstate artists are regularly held at the 5Ways studio. They give the local and regional art communities, a wonderful opportunity to learn and be inspired by the various tutors.
Exhibitions are held monthly, showcasing the diversity of artistic talent within the Snowy Valleys art community.
Kids art classes are held twice weekly during the school term and school holiday workshops are always in demand.
Our Creative Art groups including painting, printmaking, fibre art and mixed media meet weekly at the 5Ways studio and allows for the sharing of artist knowledge in a very social, relaxed atmosphere.
New members are always warmly welcome, whether you have already started enjoying the creative arts or if this is your first contact. Assistance will be given to those who ask.
