Kim Baker is a country-based Artist and Designer who loves animals and the great outdoors. Her original artworks are inspired by nature and country living. Delicate strokes of watercolour, the vibrancy of acrylic paint, and the precision of graphite pencil, can be found in Kim’s work. Kim likes soft colour palettes with the occasional splash of vibrant colour.
Kim uses high-quality 300gsm watercolour paper and Winsor & Newton paints for her watercolour creations and either canvas or board to create her acrylic artworks. Kim is also a digital surface pattern designer and a Surface Pattern Design Immersion 2024 Alumni. Kim designs surface patterns for fabrics, wallpaper and stationery products and has a number of products available in local Wagga Wagga shops including August & Artisan, The Wagga Shop (Tourist Information Centre), The Little Yellow House Gallery and The Wagga Art Gallery Shop.
