Details

I’m Gabrielle Tozer, a word-wrangler from Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. I am available for copywriting, freelance writing and editing, and creative writing workshops.

For the past 14 years, I’ve written for numerous titles, such as Cosmopolitan, TV WEEK, Woman’s Day, Yours, Cosmopolitan Hair & Beauty, DOLLY, Girlfriend, Bride To Be, TV WEEK, Prevention, Vital Health, news.com.au and The Canberra Times.

I’ve also written and edited brochures, taglines, apps and website copy for small businesses and agencies.

While living in Sydney, I worked as a managing editor, deputy editor, chief sub-editor and senior copywriter for Bauer Media, Pacific Magazines and HOYTS Cinema.

I am also the internationally published author of three YA novels with HarperCollins, The Intern, Faking It, Remind Me How This Ends. My picture book, Peas and Quiet (illustrations by Sue deGennaro), and short story “The Feeling From Over Here” (part of HarperCollins’ Begin, End, Begin: A #LoveOzYA Anthology) are out now. My next novel, This Week Is Yours, hits shelves in 2021.
