In the Making is a creative arts therapy practice in Wagga Wagga, offering individual, 1:1 sessions for adults and youth (13+), with a neurodivergent-affirming approach that welcomes Autistic and LGBTQIA+ clients. Sessions run for 60 minutes and centre on artmaking. Online sessions are available when suitable.
The approach is non-directive and neurodivergent-affirming. I work alongside the person rather than directing the process, with attention to pace, choice, and consent. Sessions respond to what is present, with no pressure to explain experiences or work toward predetermined outcomes.
This practice works within the scope of Creative Arts Therapy. Services are not offered for children under 13, couples, or families. Diagnosis, assessment, crisis or emergency support are outside the scope of this work.
