Adelong Alive Museum
The Museum is in an historical precinct of the township and is part of the Goldfields Walk to the Adelong Falls and Snowy Valley Sculpture Trail. It houses, in addition to historical, familial, retail and pastoral records, a unique collection of photographs, artefacts and precision models of equipment relating to the mining operations in Adelong’s gold rush days.
We are committed to involving the community through oral history, exhibitions, educational programmes for schools and the provision of a secure repository for the local history.
