De Lew Designs Australia was established as a business since 2003. It has grown from just myself to also including two of my daughters (Midnight Crew). We work in numerous mediums and like to push the boundaries.
As a visual artists we work using lots of different mediums being, but not limited to:
Painting / Drawing: Oils, Acrylics, Water colour, pencil, charcoal, watercolour pencils, oil pastel, fine art fingerpainting
Wearable art: wool, felt, fabric, fur felt, silk, sinamay, parasisal straw, jinsin, acrylic skins,
resin art, feathers, beads, wire
Sculpture: wood, steel, Aluminium
Classes/workshops: All things visual art / Millinery / jewellery / wearable art
We create our visual art in one of our 5 purpose-built / resourced studios.
De Lew studio 1 is open by appointment/booking only, please ring / email or book a visit on our website if you would like to visit onsite or join in one of our daily art classes/art memberships/subscriptions.
– Studio 1 is our largest multifunction studio for ALL things art.
De Lew Studio 2 is our commissions and textiles studio. This studio is also used for private classes where an escape may be needed for some mindfulness and creativity in a relaxing and comfortable environment.
De Lew Studio 3 is our gallery – Billybutton gallery is open for sales by appointment or online. All art produced is for sale through this gallery.
De Lew Studio 4 is our woodwork studio where we create all of our items for sale such as customised farmhouse signs, flowerboxes, Sculptures, woodturning. – Classes for farmhouse signs and flowerboxes are run monthly. Click here to book in.
De Lew Studio 5 is our metalwork studio where we create our sculptures using hand cut plasma cutter, welder, metal, wire, barbwire.

NDIS art programs – We also provide art services to NDIS clients in either a private individual 1:1 class or group classes, please contact for more information to discuss a tailored program to meet you needs.
Private classes and group bookings – if you would like to focus on a particular area of your art or learn a new medium, we offer private and group bookings. We can help you organise a package to suit you.
