My name is Tenzin Gyaltsen, I have recently relocated to Wagga Wagga from India after working as a Master Wood Carver at Norbulingka Institute for 18 years. The Norbulingka Institute is dedicated to the preservation of the Tibetan culture through artistic forms though I am also happy to undertake custom designs for clients.
