Tegan Bailey is an artist with a multifaceted approach, including acrylic painting, collage, and printing techniques. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Charles Sturt University in 2007, she has since continued to develop her craft and explore her artistic voice.

Tegan participated in several exhibitions in 2023: “Still Life” at Unique State Art Space, “Make an Impression” at Curious Rabbit, and “Small Works Art Prize” at Brunswick Street Gallery. These exhibitions have played a significant role in showcasing her work and commitment to the arts.

Tegan was selected for the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery’s Regional Artist Development (RAD) program, setting the stage for her to exhibit in August/September 2024. Currently, Tegan is preparing a body of work for this upcoming exhibition.

Identified as Autistic and ADHD in her mid-30s, Tegan has gained profound insights into her experiences, memories, and childhood. This personal journey has significantly influenced her artistic exploration, especially how she explores and reinterprets memories and experiences. Complementing this personal understanding, Tegan is pursuing a Master’s in Therapeutic Arts Practice, integrating her experiences with her professional growth.

Tegan’s artworks are featured in private collections, and she actively engages with her audience online.
